Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Reformer

Natalie is a graduate of ACU, where she completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

With a combined love of the human body and working 1:1 with people, Natalie was drawn to a career in Physio.

Natalie finds joy in human connection and finds the journey to recovery with her patients a satisfying partnership. Natalie is passionate about education - both her own and that she shares. She loves to encourage and motivate her patients to move more, more better and in turn feel better inside and out!

Natalie dove into the world of Pilates in 2021, after completing the entire Matwork and Equipmemt instructor certification with APPI Clinical Pilates, she began teaching mat and reformer group classes at an array of studios across Sydney. Nat absolutely loves combining Pilates principles with her Physio mind to create considered and intentional rehab plans for her patients, with a healthy splash of creativity to keep things engaging and fun!

Nat has previous experience in the public setting with time in intensive care, orthopaedics, musculoskeletal, hydrotherapy and neurological rehabilitation. She has also spent time on the sidelines of many AFL fields and netball courts, providing Physio coverage for teams of varying levels.

Nat lives for a group class so in her downtime she'll often jump into a mat, HIIT or reformer class. She's a lover of a dinner out with friends and weekends up/down the coast.

Fave exercise? Plank to pike!
