Pilates
Kara has always been deeply passionate about health and movement and has practised Pilates for almost as long as she can remember.
It was while she was living in New York that she found an even greater love for Pilates – recognising the incredible impact it had on her overall physical and mental wellbeing while living in such a fast-paced city. It was there that she made the decision to pivot her career towards her dual passions in the health and wellness space – Pilates and nutrition – becoming certified as an integrative nutrition health coach and then completing her Pilates instructor training upon returning to Sydney.
Kara gets so much joy from helping others feel their absolute best and can always be counted on to provide a challenging full body workout - sealed with a smile.
