Anneliese finds great joy in helping others achieve more than they thought possible, particularly through her love for teaching Pilates.
Outside of her professional life, Anneliese is an avid traveler who explored many beautiful corners of Europe with friends and family during her time in England. Now back in Sydney, she continues to share her passion for physiotherapy, while indulging in her love for good food and new experiences. Whether in the classroom or at the studio, Anneliese is dedicated to fostering growth and resilience in everyone she encounters.
Any of Anneliese’s clients will know that her favourite exercise is the single leg squat with a ball against the wall, the burn is real and great for building single leg stability!
