Mums n Bubs Pilates
Reformer and Mat Pilates Mums n Bubs classes - arguably the cutest classes on the Studio schedule. Classes have been designed carefully and intentionally by our Women's Health Physiotherapy team and are instructed by our Physio's and instructors with additional training in pre and post natal exercise prescription. Classes are suitable for Mums to start as early as 6 weeks postpartum, provided they have completed a postnatal assessment with one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists prior. Participation in this class can be continued up until babies are on the move (for safety reasons, we’re unable to accommodate crawlers).
Classes are designed to provide Mums with a satisfying full body workout in a safe and supportive space. Expect plenty of focus on pelvic floor and abdominal rehabilitation, posture correction and upper and lower limb strengthening (all things postnatal recovery and preparation for life's physical demands ahead).
Baby mats and bouncers provided. Feel free to bring along capsules and prams.

FAQ's
It's my first class at The Studio, what do I need to know?
Bring along a towel and drink bottle (water available to purchase). Grip socks must be worn for in all classes and are available to purchase at The Studio. Clients wear joggers in HIIT/Circuit and Boxilates classes. Arrive 5 minutes prior to class to sign in and find your mat!
I am pregnant can I do classes at The Studio?
Yes! All of our instructors are trained in the management of exercise in pregnancy and will tailor your program accordingly. Preggie clients are welcome to attend all classes as long as feeling well, Reformer sweat classes are our only classes NOT for pregnancy (these are a high impact class).
How do I book online?
Book Now - This will take you to the Class Schedule Page where you can choose which class you would like to book. Click on 'Book Now' alongside your chosen class and this will take you to the MINDBODY site where you will be asked to create your own login and password.
Please include all your information in your profile (including billing information when making a purchase) and be sure to read all ‘Terms and Conditions’ prior to booking.
