A weekly class designed for growing bodies. (Special school holiday classes are also offered).

Classes are suitable for children aged 8-14yrs with a strong focus on the ever changing needs of the developing body. Expect a fun combination of exercises to improve core strength, coordination and balance whilst of course building general strength, resilience and confidence.

All levels of ability are welcome - inclusivity is our number one focus. Our team of Physiotherapists are highly skilled in modifying for the individual in a group setting. This class is fantastic for highly active AND inactive kiddos and everything in between. From encouraging physical participation to working on injury prevention for those prone to overuse/growing pains, there truly is benefit for both ends of the spectrum.

Classes of course accommodate for participants of the NDIS (must be self-managed).

Classes run in line with the school term, participants must enrol for the entire term (an initial trial class can be booked).

Measures will be taken at the start and end of the term to establish baselines, monitor progress and manage and set appropriate goals.

Like all Studio services, our offerings are designed and updated in accordance with the latest and most sound research. So what does the research say?
